Your oceanfront getaway is ready at Ocean Breeze! Wake up to stunning sunrises over the ocean from bed or the private deck. The condo offers 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a sleeper sofa for an additional 2 guests. Please read full listing for all information on the condo and surrounding area! The space When entering the unit you will be met with a spacious living room space. The living room space offers a queen sleeper sofa, Cable TV, and balcony slider door. Off the living room, you are met with a kitchen. It is well equipped with stainless steel appliances, a drip coffee maker and everything you need to make a a meal. Off the living room and kitchen is a small hall which leads to the bathroom and laundry closet with a washer and dryer. At the other end of the hall is the oceanfront bedroom with a large window to enjoy the view. The bedroom has a queen bed, cable TV and a door to the deck. Equipped with a dresser, night stands and walk in closet to unpack and make yourself at home. We supply linens for the queen bed in the bedroom and sleeper sofa linens upon request. The deck is a great place to have coffee and watch the sunrise or maybe just catch the surfers later in the day while sipping a margarita. If the timing is right, you will be treated to an absolutely stunning moonrise over the ocean. Guest access The pool, loungers and tables are located across the street in the center of the three 'Courtyard at Seascape' buildings. There are 2 parking passes provided for the unit. There is additional overflow parking across the street at 'Courtyard at Seascape' around the salmon colored building. Boat trailer parking is available here on the north side of the building. There is also a community charcoal grill outside the pool gates for guest use. Parking passes are left in the condo for guest use. Please make sure your parking pass is placed in your vehicle immediately after arrival to avoid towing. Walk over to the Carolina Beach Pier to enjoy a great Mahi Mahi sandwich at the High Tide Lounge & Tiki Bar, one of the few establishments on the island with great ocean views. Just past the remnants of the Carolina Beach Pier walk the one and a half miles of uninhabited beach. This is Freeman Park where you can drive your 4WD vehicle onto the first part of the beach and camp out for a night! Catch the sunset at the end of the island in all its colors! When you have had enough sunshine hike in the woods along the InterCoastal at Carolina Beach State Park. A real gem on the island close to the bridge. Get onto the water in a kayak at the park marina! Other things to note Open dates for community pool and shared amenities are subject to the community Homeowners Association. Pools are typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
