This island is home to Cornell Univiersity's beautiful new Tech campus and is accessible for the community. Great shopping 1 subway stop away on 63rd/ Lexington- Bloomingdale's, H&M, GAP, Container Store, Williams Sonoma, Popular restaurants and cafes, Equinox Gym and NYSC sports clubs.
