Its large living room with a library and wood-burning stove, its spacious bedrooms, its private terrace and the estate's heated pool offer an ideal setting to get together and share beautiful moments The space The Gîte Le Chêne accommodates up to 12 guests in a warm and refined atmosphere. On the ground floor you will find a large living room with open kitchen and a cozy dining area directly overlooking the private terrace of about 20 m², equipped with a garden table, an umbrella and a Weber barbecue. A cozy living room with a bookcase and wood-burning stove invites you to relax. A first suite with a bathroom completes this level. Upstairs, two bedrooms share a large bathroom with a bathtub and an independent toilet. A spacious suite of more than 38 m² offers a particularly pleasant space for relaxing in peace. Outside, enjoy the wooded park and the heated swimming pool of the estate to fully enjoy the calm of the Breton countryside. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of Gîte Le Chêne and its private terrace. The wooded park of the estate and the heated pool are accessible during the stay and are shared with the guests of the second gite. Free parking is available on-site.
