The space You’ll have a private entrance to this cozy upstairs home, tucked away for extra quiet and privacy. After stepping inside, a short staircase leads to your comfortable living space above street level. (Stairs are required and may not be ideal for guests with mobility concerns.) Designed for easy, relaxing stays, the home is perfect for tournament weekends, weddings, or Miami University visits. Walk to Spooky Nook Sports Champion Mill, downtown coffee shops, restaurants, and the DORA district. Inside, you’ll find comfy beds, soft blankets, and a welcoming living room for movie nights or game time. The fully stocked kitchen includes coffee, tea, and little extras, plus snacks waiting for you when you arrive. Fast WiFi, smart TVs, a workspace, and in-unit laundry make longer stays simple. Clean, thoughtful, and cared for—we host the way we’d want to be hosted. Guest access Plenty of on-street parking in front of the house. There is one off-street parking spot in the back off of the alley. Other things to note This house is a DUPLEX. You will be in the UPSTAIRS unit and have it all to yourself. Once inside you will have to climb 11 steps. There are 7 steps up from the street, as well. If you have trouble with stairs this is probably not the space for you. :)
