The space COVID CLEANING For the continued health of our guests, Wanderhome has intensified its already extensive cleaning regimen to include the use of disinfecting products on all surfaces designed to eliminate COVID contagion,  however there is no guaranty that it will be 100% effective.  We use ordinary products commonly in use in most homes.   If you or any of your party exhibit COVID symptoms during or after a stay with us, please inform us so we can take appropriate steps to protect the guests who stay after you.   EXTRA GUESTS: Our pricing is for 12 guests; there is a $25/per person/per night charge over 12 guests. Our luxury ski lodge has 6 bedrooms including 5 private sleeping arrangements and a Bunk Room that can sleep up to 12 kids/couples on queen-size bunk beds and has room for inflatable beds as well. Here are the sleeping arrangements: - Top Floor (entry level): Private, locking master bedroom hotel-quality California King + full bathroom with whirlpool Jet Spa bath and shower. Living Room: This top floor room includes a luxury queen-size sofa bed that can be used to sleep up to 2. - Middle Floor (spa, game room, laundry and deck level): 2 private, locking luxury bedrooms (One Bedroom has a Cal King Bed and the Second has a Queen Bed) and one large, locking room (our “media room”) with 2 luxury sofa bed with memory foam mattresses and a floor-to-ceiling retractable extra-thick privacy curtain - Bottom Floor: Bunk room with 6 queen-size bunk beds that have twin size trundles that pull out from the bottom. (it’s a kids’ and teen paradise) - Game Room/6th Bedroom: Our heated game room has a private, locking entrance and a luxury sofa bed with memory foam mattress. The Game Room also has room for one or two inflatable mattresses should that room be made a teenager room (good idea!) HEATING AND COMFORT. From November through March, all vehicles are required to carry chains in their vehicle. If stopped by highway patrol they will ask to see them. Weather can change quickly in Big Bear and significant snow can stop traffic and delay commutes to and around the Big Bear area. Watch the weather forecast and plan your trip accordingly. Fortunately, Reunion Lodge's driveway is level with the street so both the garage and driveway (4 cars total) are nearly always usable. Wanderhome does not provide refunds for winter weather conditions. During winter snow storms, we will try our best to plow driveways as quickly as possible. Drive safely and be prepared. Guest access The entire home including the game room, garage and spa. The property is not shared. Even better is that there is a sense of privacy on the property and you're not on top of other homes. Other things to note This home is excellent for work retreats as well as multifamily gatherings. It has a huge amount of space and many work areas.
