The dining area features a large wooden table seating 6 comfortably. The living room has a flat screen TV and a cozy sectional to help you unwind and relax when you are not enjoying the sand and surf of the beach. When it's time to settle in for the night, the main bedroom features a cozy king bed as well as another TV to enjoy your favorite shows on. Attached to the main bedroom is a full bathroom with dual sinks and a tub shower combo. The second bedroom that has two twin beds and a flat screen TV as well as access to another full bathroom that features a walk-in shower. **Please Note: As of November 15th 2023 - The Land’s End Community Association will collect a one-time fee in the amount of $50 per condo upon entry, to include one car if needed. Adults under 25 years of age must be accompanied by a parent. This House Rule overrides all information you may see on the ad of the property. Breaking this rule will lead to cancellation and/or eviction. Smoking is not allowed inside the condo or on the balconies at all. Smoking is only permitted on grounds in the designated areas. Check in time is 4:00pm EST and after. Check out is by 10:00AM EST. A fee will be incurred for those found checking in early or departing late. No events or parties of any kind are permitted. All Land's End guests must register with the community the week of their arrival. You will receive a link for this via email.
