It includes a spacious living room/ dining room combo, a bedroom suite with full bathroom and kitchenette complete with microwave, roomy refrigerator, counter space and storage. It is perfectly-stocked with classy, casual dining ware for enjoying continental breakfast, snacks or local takeout fare. Guest access Guest access is limited to the lower-level suite and the backyard. Other things to note ATL TEMPORARY SHORT-TERM RENTAL LICENSE: STRL-2023-00179. Off-street, free parking is available in the back of the home. Entrance to the guest suite requires descending 16 steps. This is not a good fit for wheelchairs or anyone who has difficulty climbing stairs.
