It is situated at the Northern end of the Sanur beach walk, just 50 metres from the beach & close to many popular Sanur cafes and restaurants as well as the fast boat to Lembongan/Penida. It is ideal for families as all rooms have AC & all bedrooms are fully enclosed, and it comes with an Australian standard pool fence, and fully enclosed garden making it great for both small kids and pets. For pool days and alfresco living, the large veranda with comfortable sofa, bean bags and seating area allow you to sit and relax and enjoy the lush garden, and the pool. Each of the three bedrooms has a four-poster large double bed complete with mosquito netting for a comfortable night sleep, and Balinese inspired large semi open ensuite bathrooms. FAMILIES Travelling with young children need not be stressful, at Villa Matahari Terbit, kids of all ages are welcome and are catered for. With the capabilities to add an extra bed to each of the three bedrooms for older children or a cot for younger children there is plenty of space for all the family. A pool fence can be erected if safety for younger children is an issue, giving you peace of mind to allow them to run around and enjoy the private garden. The enclosed living space has AC and a large TV with the ability to access all your favourite streaming sites for when you need to wind down after a fun day. Ari and Armi are our dedicated staff, adn they will make sure you have everything you need for a wonderful say. Just sit back, and let Ari and Armi take care of housekeeping, gardening, pool maintenance and even give you advice and assistance on arranging activities in and around Sanur and Bali, so that you make the most of your time at Villa Matahari Terbit. Guest access Villa Matahari Terbit is a private villa, so the entire property, and all its facilities including secure parking (only bikes can access the gang), enclosed garden and swimming pool (with optional pool fence) are all solely for the use of you as the guests. Our staff member comes to the villa almost every day, and will sort out anything you want, and can also prepare simple but tasty meals including for breakfast if you ask him. Other things to note Food and drink are not included, but are staff are able to assist you with groceries and will just add a 20% villa charge to the receipts. Laundry and housekeeping are included. All mod cons including fast WiFi internet, international satellite TV and fully equipped guest Kitchen. For long stay guests BIS international school is just 5 minutes away, Dyatmika is 9 minutes away, and Green School is 35 minutes drive. BOOKINGS OVER 28 DAYS Please note that for any bookings over 28 days, the guest is responsible for utility bills (electricity), and a security deposit maybe requested. NEIGHBOURHOOD Located in a residential side road, only a short distance from the beach and Sanur port.  Convenient for the main commerical areas and facilities of Sanur. Please note, that whilst situated on a gang (side road) and away from the main road there can sometimes be an increase in traffic and it can be very busy as it is used as a short cut for bikes to Matahari Terbit Beach.  As a residential area you may experience noise from neighbourhood dogs and roosters and occasional building works.
