With a spacious sundeck, cozy sunroom, outdoor lounge/dining area and a huge swimming pool, you’ll feel like you’re staying in your own private resort! Plus, when you’re ready to hit the beach, it’s only a 0.4-mile (9-minute walk) to the Tateway Rd. beach access or a 1-minute drive to the Perry St. beach access with parking! Your family will love splashing around in the oversized swimming pool with a bonus diving board and slide that provides hours of entertainment! Surrounding the pool deck, you’ll find plenty of lounge chairs for working on your tan and tables with umbrellas to provide shade on those especially hot days. A ground-level storage area contains the laundry room along with a full-size refrigerator—perfect for poolside snacks. A toilet area can be easily accessed from the pool deck. An enclosed outdoor shower is available for rinsing off the sand after spending the day out by the ocean. Beneath the home is a covered sitting area for enjoying the sea breeze no matter the weather and features a picnic table and gas grill perfect for alfresco dining. Step into the spacious great room with vaulted ceilings, wood paneled walls and plenty of mermaid décor to unwind on the comfortable leather furniture situated around a large flat-screen TV with DVD & sound bar. Beautiful French doors let in plenty of natural sunlight and take you outside to the large wrap-around sun deck with horizon ocean views. You’ll feel right at home in the gourmet kitchen with Quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances that comes fully stocked with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal. There is bar seating for 2 at the island and an adjacent dining area offers space for 8. Rest easy in one of two bedrooms on the main floor: a King bedroom enjoys a ceiling fan and TV while the second room contains a Queen Bed, Twin Bed, TV, and ceiling fan. A full bath can be accessed from the hall and contains a bubbly jacuzzi tub.
