The space Our guests love the retro feeling and the minimalism of this unique setting, the quite surrounding and the secluded atmosphere, yet the pad is at walking distance from Theaters, Restaurants, Bars and Public Transportation or a 5$ uber trip to most of the Hollywood Landmarks and to Downtown Los Angeles. The studio features 1940s wood paneling and fixtures, hardwood floor and its own private bathroom. The studio has its own private entrance and a large outdoor area with dining table, couch, chairs and a vintage bar featuring old vintage americana props and equipped with Coffe machine, mini gas BBQ, mini refrigerator and electric toaster oven Feel free to inquire about custom set ups and special accommodations Guest access You will have your own keys of the Studio and the key of your own private backyard entrance. I will most likely welcome you and hand you the key and introduce you to the place. My partner or myself will be available on site to make sure you will enjoy your stay. Other things to note This is a very relaxing neighborhood and we are very respectful of the tranquility of our neighbors as well of our guests.
