FREE USE OF LEISURE FACILITIES (Tennis, Outdoor/Indoor-Pool, Sauna, Fitness-Room): All our guests are welcome to use the 'HOTEL AMENITIES', including the OUTDOOR POOL, INDOOR POOL, TENNIS, SAUNA (coed and women-only sauna), FITNESS-ROOM, and a GAME ROOM. !!!PLEASE BE ADVISED, THAT THE INDOOR POOL IS CLOSED DUE TO “SEMI-ANNUAL CLEANING” FROM NOVEMBER 13- DECEMBER 11, 2023!!! The space Luxurious '2.5 Rooms' Hotel-Apartment (72qm/775qf) in a quiet area with balcony, on the edge of a forest, with free private parking, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a walkin-shower & toilet, private bathroom with shower and toilet in bedroom, free WiFi, accommodates up to 6 people (6th person extra bed: The regular, CONVENIENT, accommodation is for up to 5 guests; 3 in the bedroom, and 2 in the living room. In order to accommodate the 6th person, an additional, foldable bed (Please see photos) is added in the living room.). Guest access The facility has a heated outdoor pool (30 C/86 F), 22 m/ 24 yd, available during summer months and an heated indoor swimming pool (28 C/82.4 F), 16 m/ 17.5 yd, open year-round. Only Hotelapartment guests have an access to either pools with their apartment keys!!! There is a playground for children with a baby pool, 2 tennis courts, and a fitness room, which are all free of charge. You can enjoy the co-ed or women’s sauna and peacefully relax in the quiet room on a daily basis (sauna and quiet room: 3pm-10pm, indoor swimming pool: 7am-10pm). Children have an entry to the sauna only with an adult until 5pm. Next to the indoor pool, there is a game room with Foosball table, table-tennis, and lounge space. We also provide a locker for your skis and ski boots in a designated ski-room area in the hotel. There is a coin-operated laundry room with washers and dryers (the washers and dryers turn off automatically at 10pm daily). Other things to note ‼️There is an additional Refundable Deposit (within 10 working days) of CHF 500.00, requested to be paid & cleared through bank-wire/transfer PRIOR to your arrival.‼️ (The refundable deposit of CHF 500.00 WILL BE FULLY REFUNDED to you upon inspection after your departure within 10 working days‼️‼️ The CHF 500.00 will only be used in case of a MAJOR AND NON-STANDARD CLEANING and/or DAMAGES occurred during your stay, and/or the loss of keys‼️).
