Luxury Lakeside Lodge L1 is a beautiful spacious double sided 40×20 lodge which is situated on a peaceful feature lake Bull Rush and also side by side to my Luxury Lakeside Lodge L2, prime location with only a 2 min walk to the main amenities, 3 bedrooms (8 berth), the master bedroom has a walk in wardrobe leading to the en suite with a large shower, a large family bathroom with a bath and shower , 2 further bedrooms with full size single beds, the open plan living area boasts a large kitchen… The space …with a washing machine, dishwasher, breakfast bar with bar stools, large family dining table, the patio door lead onto the huge veranda with large square hot tub, spot lights and lanterns with outside dining table and chairs. This luxury lakeside lodge is a double sided open plan lodge, with free standing large sofas, electric fire, patio doors leading onto large south facing veranda, with open plan kitchen with gas hob, Integral dishwasher , washing machine, electric cooker, breakfast bar with two stools, large dining table with 6 seats, the large family bathroom has a bath with over head shower, toilet and W.C, radiator, the master bedroom has a kingsize bed with wall mounted tv, walk in wardrobe with high chair and travel cot, en-suite with large Shower , toilet and W.C, the further two bedrooms both have two full size single beds with fitted wardrobes and wall mounted TV/ DVD player The lodge has one kingsize bed with walk in wardrobe with en suite WC also large shower, 2 further bedrooms with full size single beds in each room, the sofa bed can sleep 2 addional guests ( please note this is only with prior arrangement and a supplement of £25 per person) The luxury lakeside lodge L1 has a large wrap around veranda with a large square sunken hot tub, fairy lights and spot lights which lights up beautiful on an evening, outside dining table and 8 chairs with privacy bamboo, this is on a large corner south facing plot close to the complex, the small peaceful feature lake is prime location, there is a brick bbq for your use which off the decking Other things to note 1. NO Smoking or Vaping of ANY kind inside the lodge 2. Please report any breakage /damage to me immediately, also allowing a reasonable amount of time for me to rectify any issues should they arise. 3. Any extensive damage must be paid for 4. Please leave the holiday home clean on departure and to the standard found on arrival 5. Please take out all rubbish and place in the bin behind the holiday home 6. Please report any items that are not working to me, any batteries/ bulbs that go please let me know I have spares 7. The lead Booker is responsible for ensuring all guests are aware of the terms conditions and hot tubs rules 8. Not following these will result in a loss of your deposit 9. Including important house keeping and hygiene rules are in place for our safely 10. Read all terms, conditions 11. Hot tub and house keeping 12. Rules 13. Please leave the lodge to the standard found 14. Please strip beds 15. Place all used laundry 16. And towels in the laundry 17. Bags provided, this is to ensure 18. Our house keeping team 19.
