  The Sanctuary - 7th Heaven A307 From its spacious oceanfront balcony, 7th Heaven serves up a magnificent view of the ocean and awesome sunrises. The comfortable furnishings allow you to relax in a luxurious suite with all the desired amenities. The condo features TVs with expanded cable service in every room, two DVD players, games, high-speed internet with WiFi, an Espresso/coffee maker, Bose and Sony CD players, and a full-size washer/dryer. If you like arts and crafts or puzzles, there are two fold-out tables and chairs available for you to use. The condo's garage storage closet on the ground floor provides six beach chairs, four beach cruiser bikes, two boogie boards, and a small beach umbrella. The condo amenities include three swimming pools open mid-May to mid-September, two fitness centers, outdoor Viking grills, and covered outdoor seating. THINGS TO KNOW The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May. The hot tub is closed during the summer months and will also not be available in winter 2023 due to construction. There is ongoing construction at the Sanctuary at both A & B Buildings through 2023. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 3. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
