This is a spacious three-bed, 1.5-bath house of a two-story building. With ample natural light beaming in, the house is situated in a peaceful neighborhood. The room has a new queen-sized memory foam mattress so you can anticipate a restful sleep. Your room also has a closet; a dresser and mirror, chair, closet; a ceiling fan; air conditioner, and two windows. The bathroom has a marble walk-in shower with bench, grab bar and handheld shower; spacious vanity, heat lamp and was completely renovated. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap and body wash are all provided. There is also an iron and ironing board for your perusal. If arriving after dark, the back of the house lights up with sensors, and back entrance lights in the laundry room come on automatically. Lights on side porch by driveway come on automatically at dusk and go off at dawn. Parking is available in the driveway behind the house. Guest access The listing is a shared-home concept. That is, I sleep in one of the other bedrooms, and our shared spaces consist of the porch, kitchen & dining, laundry, living room, This is a non-smoking household. There's a Food Lion grocery store a few minutes away and stays open until 8 pm. Please clean up the kitchen when done cooking Please wash your dishes and clean up after yourself. Quiet ‎hours after 10 pm. No visitors allowed other than the registered guest(s). All transactions are conducted on Airbnb During your stay I will be available and am only 10 minutes away depending on time of day. Other things to note Self-check-in with a numeric code for the back door. Park in the driveway at the back of the house and enter through the laundry room. If you have forgotten any toiletries, we have a basket in the bathroom with necessities.
