Orlando Pool Home! College Park

I welcome all to my home and neighborhood. You will love the location and the ease of walking the area with the restaurants, bars/pubs, coffee shops, grocery store, parks and lakes. College Park is a lovely area and minutes from downtown and a quick drive to the attractions. Great for couples, singles and business travelers. The space Your room has a nice and comfortable King size bed with a private bathroom. You can enjoy the lanai and pool area. Guest access Spa can be heated for an additional 15.00 per use up to four consecutive hours. Spa uses propane and fires up right away. Especially nice during chilly weather which is from December thru April. Washer and Dryer is available for your use. During your stay If you would like, I would be happy to give you information on the area and things that are close by. Chitchat a bit and answer any questions. If you prefer to come and go with not much interaction, I understand and would give you a brief tour of your area and then you would be on your own, other than any requests you might have. Other things to note Smoking allowed outside on lanai in pool area. TV and radio in your bedroom. TV in living room/Den. Small mini fridge available for your use. Table and chairs on lanai. Morning: Coffee maker available with cups, cream, sugar and coffee, along with Biscotti's to enjoy with your coffee.
