Separate toilet downstairs, and the kitchen is well equipped and looks onto the living and dining areas. This Home also boasts a large extra living area downstairs complete with Large TV and DVD player, This room can also accommodate 1 roll away beds if necessary. The front patio is my favorite area, which overlooks beautiful views of mountains and the city, and is very relaxing after a hard day work or racing. It has a double lock up garage with laundry facilities as well. Fully Flyscreened.
