In 10 minutes of panoramic walking, you can reach the lakefront full of shops and restaurants. From the large windows you can admire swallows, ducks, chicks and swans in addition to the sunsets and magical colors of the dawn. LaRiva@11 is a vacation between taste and relaxation, NOTE: no cleaning fee, only laundry from €35.00, to be paid on site, see rules or ask us. The space LaRiva@11 is comfortable with designer furnishings, a LIVING ROOM sofa, a SAPORITI table, and a SCAVOLINI freestanding bathroom sink. The apartment is located in a typical courtyard house, has a size of 70 square meters and is on the second and last floor. The view is priceless, the lake or rather the Oglio river is so close that it is one with LaRiva@11, giving you the feeling of a view from a ship. The cozy living room of generous size has two large windows that show the landscape. In the living room there is a niche that houses a washing machine, dryer and luggage storage. The kitchen is deliberately separated from the living room. The bathroom has a large shower and a very special faucet. The hallway in the sleeping area with the second air conditioning is equipped with a walk-in closet. You will find 2 bedrooms bedrooms with different views, both priceless.
