45 m² duplex accommodation located at the end of a farmhouse that we occupy. It is located in the municipality of Bretenoux, very close to the Château de Castelnau, in the Dordogne Valley in the Lot department, and close to many tourist attractions. At the end of the street you will find a supermarket, and 200 meters further on is the town center of Bretenoux, where you will find a newspaper stand, bakery, pharmacy, tobacconist, brasserie, bank, beautician, etc. Municipal swimming pool and cinema a 5-minute walk away. The space On the ground floor, you have a living room with equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa bed and TV. Upstairs, there is the bedroom with a double bed and 1 armchair that can be used as an extra bed for a child, the bathroom with an Italian shower and toilet, and the dressing room. Guests can enjoy the balcony, garden and park their car next to the house. Nearby: - River: swimming, canoeing/kayaking, fishing, etc. - Hiking, tree climbing, golf, animal park, Saint-Céré Festival... - Tourist sites: Château de Castelnau, Rocamadour, Gouffre de Padirac, Turenne, Collonges la Rouge, Martel, Figeac, Carennac, Loubressac, Grottes... 200 meters from the house, you can organize picnics in the grass by the Cère, on the island of Bourgnatelle. Other things to note We provide linens and towels as well as tea towels and basic necessities: salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, coffee, tea, sugar, paper towels, toilet paper... On request, we can provide you with a baby bed and/or baby bath at no extra cost. Cleaning is to be done before you leave the apartment, but if you want to save yourself this task, we can take care of it for a fee of €30. However, taking the cleaning package does not exempt you from some obvious tasks (doing dishes, clearing the table, the fridge, emptying and taking out the trash cans).
