The space The wonderful backyard of the house has a private above ground salt water pool that measures 4 x 2 meters and has a depth of 1.10 meters, a nice porch with barbecue and the solarium area where you can relax in the sun. The house is fenced and has direct neighbours. The two-storey house retains traditional elements and offers a cosy style. On the main floor you will find a nice living room with TV-sat; the dining kitchen with a gas stove and access to the patio; 2 bedrooms, one with a single bed and the other with a double bed; and a bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower. On the first floor there is another room with a gym machine where you can work out; 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds; and a bathroom with shower. In the house you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board and we can provide you with a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby. Finally, the house is equipped with oil central heating. Ariany is a quiet town in the center of Mallorca, with nearby basic services and close to the sea by car. The closest beach is Can Picafort, about 16 km away, although in the north of the island you will find other beautiful beaches in Puerto de Alcúdia, Son Serra de Marina or Cala de San Vicente. From Ariany you can visit other beautiful towns such as Manacor, Petra, Sineu, Costitx or go to the city of Inca on Thursdays and visit its market. Consult the advertiser for possible charges.
