The sunny terraces allow you to enjoy outdoor breakfast together or spend nice evenings at sunset. - Thanks to the roofing even in the rain. In the cold winter months, sauna and fireplace offer the opportunity to enjoy the tranquility. The house has been ready to move into since the beginning of September 2021. It has underfloor heating, electric shutters, high-quality floors in the bedrooms, tiled floors in other rooms as well as a storage room on the ground floor. A travel cot for toddlers/babies as well as a high chair are also available. The garden is fully fenced and can be enclosed. In addition to a lockable shed for bicycles, they have space for 2 cars and a wallbox for electric cars (billing is done separately). Please keep in mind that the holiday area is still growing, so there may be construction noise during the day.
