The modern solid wood construction was completely ecologically designed and is characterized not only by the very good windproofness but also by properties that not only insulate the interior against cold and heat, but also store the heat. The interiors are evenly tempered and provide a very pleasant indoor climate. The beaches of the Heiligendamm seaside resort and the Kühlungsborn Baltic seaside resort can be reached in just 5 - 7 km. The holiday home is perfect for getting to know the varied Mecklenburg Baltic Sea coast for yourself. From the quiet town of Steffenshagen, the colorful Hanseatic cities of Wismar and Rostock can be reached in less than 1 hour by car and the Baltic Sea beaches of Warnemünde, Fischland-Darß-Zingst are also worth a day trip.
