Great VENICE LOFT near the beach

Close to Venice beach--a 3-5 minute walk to the sand. Amazing restaurants nearby on Abbot Kinney and Main Street. One of the few great pedestrian areas of Los Angeles. The Santa Monica Promenade is a short ride share or bus ride away (ca. five minutes). Movie theaters, more restaurants and shops! Plenty of public transit options within a block or two. Urban fun and classic Southern California goodness. The space Simple and clean two story loft. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. Warm and modern. One of the best restaurants in LA (Ado Ristorante) is in the building right next door. Amazing Italian food. The loft is two blocks in one direction from Abbott Kinney and all of its fun shops and restaurants (called by GQ, "the coolest block in America." ) Three blocks in the other direction: the restaurants and shops of Main Street in Santa Monica and the groovy restaurants and cafes on Rose Avenue. The bedrooms: Both beds are king sized. Down comforters. Good sheets. The master bedroom is pretty big and has a "pony wall" (a half sized wall) which opens the space to overlook the living room. There's a wood dresser to keep your stuff tidy. The guest room is a fairly standard size and completely enclosed for privacy. One wall is mostly glass, so it gets a lot of light. There's an empty dresser here, too, and half of the closet for any hanging items, suitcases, etc. The bathrooms: One bathroom is upstairs. Tub/shower. One downstairs. ADA-certified (so it's gigantic) with just a shower. Both spotlessly clean. The kitchen is decked out with good cooking equipment--All Clad pots and good knives. High end appliances, including a VitaMix! Dishwasher. Table to seat six. The Living Room: Comfy sectional couch, two Restoration Hardware beanbags and two leather club chairs. Gas fireplace. Big screen TV with apple TV. DVD player. Wi-fi. Book-lined hallway connects the Living Room with the kitchen. Wonderful outdoor patio with two loungey West Elm couches. Gets nice early morning light. Washer and Dryer. One dedicated parking garage in the underground, secure parking garage. There's an elevator from the garage, but it's at the other end of the building. Most people walk from the garage to the unit. Entrance is 5-6 stairs up from the street. Guest access Parking is in a locked, gated garage in the building.
