The apartment has a kitchen, bath, sitting area, patio & free parking. Working remotely? Do it here with strong internet and start your vaca by 1pm. Two blocks from downtown, you can literally walk to dinner, bars, and neighborhood shops. For health/safety, we follow Airbnb’s sanitation policy and contactless check in. We’ve hosted anniversary couples, sweet families, writer's workshops, Buddhist monks, and more. Come write your very own pure MI story! The space we are pleased to supply gourmet coffee roasted on site for your morning fix. WiFi is strong and great for working remotely. With free parking, this apt is stand alone and shares one wall with our home (like all apts, walls are shared). We are green hosts and offer reduced paper products, earth friendly sanitation items, and supply cloth kitchen towels. More than 4 adults, please understand our +$35/person charge for extra guests. The pipes are old and it takes a toll on our plumbing system. Family of five? We are too so we don't charge for the littles. No pets - we love them but we're pretty strict on this rule. We have guests with severe allergies/medical conditions who purposely book this pet-free space. Guest access You have your own entrance and complete control over your own heating/cooling. We are as involved or as hands off as our guests prefer. Other things to note Do not smoke or vape in the house - it’s really hard to get the smell out and it drifts into our home. We’ve cleaned and sanitized the apt prior to your arrival. To protect our cleaning crew and you, check in/out times are staggered and alterations in your timing may be unavailable. Please be considerate and notify us if you are experiencing flu/Covid symptoms. We’re happy to help you rebook free of charge.
