There is a roaring wood burner in the living room for winter nights and a rear courtyard for relaxing on summer evenings. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, and the second bedroom is ideal for young families, with bunk beds and a cabin bed. Beeford has a great range of facilities including a village shop, pub, Chinese restaurant and a fish and chip shop. A famous ice cream parlour, Mr Moos, is situated on a farm close by. Jet skiing and clay pigeon shooting are also available locally. The cottage provides a perfect base from which to explore the traditional east coast resorts of Hornsea, Bridlington and Filey, and the rolling countryside of the Yorkshire Wolds. There are miles of sandy beaches and opportunities for fishing and sailing, and Bridlington Spa features an exciting entertainment programme. Bird lovers can enjoy visiting Hornsea Mere and RSPB Bempton Cliffs, and interesting days out can be spent at Sewerby Hall and Sledmere House. The picturesque market town of Beverley, The Deep aquarium in Hull and the historic walled city of York are all easily accessible. Beach 3 miles.
