Overlooking Manila Bay w/ a view of the world-famous Manila Bay sunset. LP has its own lobby. Close to the Cultural Center, World Trade Center, the US Embassy (2 mi.), and Mall of Asia (3 mi). Only 4 mi from Ninoy Aquino International Airport (MNL). 5 mi from Makati Financial District. The space The unit is located on the Lower Penthouse floor (39th floor). The 27sqm one-bedroom condominium can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults sharing the existing bedding. The place comes with: High-end Queen size mattress bed Sofa that converts into a second queen bed. Dining table with 4 chairs Dining set Air-conditioner 55" LED Smart TV (Basic Channels) Netflix Microwave Refrigerator Rice Cooker Coffee Maker Hot Water for the shower Towels will be provided WiFi is also provided Guest access See "See below for Covid requirements" for Covid requirements. Parking in the building is payable directly to Breeze Residences. The first 2 hours cost 30PHP and the succeeding hours cost 20PHP per hour. There is no overnight fee, only continuous hourly payment. Guests will have access to the amenities like the swimming pool at the rate of 150PHP per person on regular days and 300PHP per person on holidays. Other things to note The condo management requires the following, 2 days before arrival: 1. Accomplishment of Health and Travel History Declaration Form (We will provide for you to fill out) 2. FOR INTERNATIONAL GUESTS: Copy of COVID-19 negative test results within 14 days for Guest/s or Visitor/s with international travel history for the past 14 days. They also have limited the number of guests to 4 which includes non-staying guests. After confirming your booking. Please send us a list of people that will be staying in the unit. Please make sure to let us know your expected time of arrival at least a day before your check-in date. This is to ensure a smooth check-in process and to avoid waiting in the condominium lobby. Also, let us know your expected departure time so my co-host can meet with you to check you out and are able to return the key. Please be prepared to leave an ID to the guard while you are in the building. Please avoid cooking food with a strong smell e.i. fish and meat with a lot of spices on the morning of your checkout date.
