Cafés, restaurants and a REWE market are just a few minutes' walk away. A private car parking space is available to guests free of charge. The house is fully furnished and offers both holiday guests and business travelers everything they need to feel comfortable, even during a longer stay. The space The accommodation Single-family house for sole use: The following rooms are located on the ground floor: - Entrance area / cloakroom - Guest toilet with washing machine - Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher - Dining room with seating for up to 8 guests - Living room with TV, with a double bed and leather sofas - Terrace and small garden with garden furniture Upstairs are: - Bedroom 2 with two single beds (can be put together) - Bedroom 1 with a double bed (box spring bed), a TV and adjoining changing room with a desk and a sofa bed. - A bathroom with a bathtub, shower and toilet.
