Waterfront villa with private pool, 50m from the sea with astonishing sea views, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms,outdoor shower , open-air large seating &dinning area, fully equipped kitchen, quality linen, free unlimited internet, flat TV, 2 min drive to the sandy organized beach of Otzias, perfect for kids. Very close to the port of Kea and to all restaurants, super markets, bars etc. The space The villa has a really spacious patio and relaxation area around the pool. You can use a gas- BBQ to prepare tour own meal which you can enjoy in the large dinning table , or you can even ask us to prepare you any local recipe you wish to try, while overlooking the Aegean. Guest access The villa has 5 bedrooms in total as you can see in the photos. Not all of them are available for use. We prefer to keep some of our personal belongings in one of the bedrooms.
