The space The house is made out of bluestone and sandstone, built from an old bridge that was demolished in nearby Ballarat. Surrounding wide timber verandas overlooking the property that is set up for barbeques and entertaining. Welcome to Bluegums Retreat in the tranquil haven of Hepburn Springs!
