This luxurious, ground floor condo is located adjacent to Wolf Creek and Oasis Golf courses here in Mesquite and close to 7 other world class golf courses. Rest easy on our new King and Queen size beds. Bathrooms and laundry room is fully stocked with amenities. The shared BBQ grill is a short walk down the path as is the pool and hot tub. Tasteful modern design, strong WIFI combine to make your stay relaxing and stress free. (Non-Smoking) The space This vacation condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and the secondary has a queen. There is also a roll away cot in the closet for that extra guest. Guest access This condo is on the first floor and easily accessible. You'll have total access to this as well as the pool, gym, and spa. Other things to note The spa is always heated and the pool gets heated in March. Occasionally the pool and or spa is closed for repairs. Cool Properties Management is not responsible for these times.
