Comfortable 50 sqm apartment with terrace, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the fifth floor of a building with lift (NOT suitable for disabled people - 15 steps to access it). The property is located in a quiet area of ​​Taormina, just a 5-minute walk from Corso Umberto, the city's main street. The accommodation consists of a living area with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace. ***Airport shuttle service from/to Catania Airport available upon request*** The space The inside is organized as follows: - LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (gas hob with 4 burners, fridge, kettle, oven, microwave and kitchenware), dining table, TV, double sofa bed and access to the terrace; - TERRACE with table and chairs; - BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the living area), iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants. We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax (EUR 3 per person per night, for the first 10 nights only, as requested by the Municipality of Taormina).
