Cozy chalet right on Lake Christopher (aka Bryant Pond), 15 mins to Bethel, 20 mins to Sunday River, 12 mins to Mt Abram, 30 mins to Grafton Notch State Park, 1 hour 15 mins to Portland. Clear swimming water, surrounded by excellent hiking, skiing/snowboarding/XC skiing, hunting, fishing, rock climbing, kayaking, more! Kid friendly (we have toddler essentials), but not kid-proof (please use your parental discretion!) Kayaks/SUP board included with rental. July/Aug: Weekly Sat to Sat only. The whole property! Four kayaks, stand up paddle board, game room. Washer/dryer is in the basement. Pack n play available, high chair/booster seat attachment. The dock can accommodate shallow draw and smaller lake boats. In the winter when the lake is safely frozen, it is ideal for cross country skiing, show shoeing, snowmobiling, ice fishing. The public boat launch is very close by to load your ice hut, sled, or boat in the summer. Only as much as needed. ***In July and August we take weekly Saturday to Saturday rentals only.*** Our spot on the lake is ideal for swimming. Our entire end of the lake is a no wake zone. And with our swim platform as a buffer, no boats come within a hundred or more feet of our area. We have a sandy bottom directly surrounding our swim area. No leeches or anything else gross! Just clean warm lake water.
