Come experience the luxury of La Quinta at St. George Estate. This home was recently featured on Staycation that aired on CBS and KCAL 9. This home is the perfect getaway for the discerning guest and offers luxury and complete privacy. Located on the signature hole of Greg Norman Golf Course. This home boasts four bedrooms and four and half baths sits on a large lotand has expansive golf course, lake and mountain views from the backyard. Enjoy the 4,700 sq ft of professionally designed interior with Restoration Hardware furniture. Enjoy the various backyard amenities such as a dip in the over sized salt water pool & spa, built in BBQ island with chairs, outdoor fireplace, pool & foosball tables and much more! St. George Estate will exceed your expectations by offering all of the luxuries of a five-star resort with the privacy and comforts of your own home.

The expansive floor plan was designed to highlight the enormous yard and golf course views. The house has floor to ceiling windows in many rooms and is very bright and airy. There are solid wood beams in the dining and living rooms, accented with travertine floors throughout the house. The living room is large with a 9' couch, 4 accent chairs and large 70" HDTV. You can then relax with a dinner party in the separate dining room which seats ten with easy access to a wet bar with a mini fridge and ice maker.

The chef's kitchen with granite counter tops is fully equipped for all of your hosting needs with stainless steel Thermadore appliances which include dual ovens, a built-in microwave, five burner gas cook top which has a grill and a griddle and heat lamps. There are two dishwashers and a Sub Zero refrigerator as well. There are a variety of seating arrangements in the kitchen. The nook has a table for six as well as four additional bar stools at the breakfast counter.

Explore the resort-style backyard with an over sized saltwater pool, spa and tanning shelf. The tanning shelf is walled off from the main pool allowing it also to be used as a kiddie pool. There are three water chairs to sit in as well.

There are numerous seating areas outside that are the perfect place to sit back and watch golfers on the 17th hole of the Greg Norman Golf course. There is a custom pergola over the BBQ area which has a built in gas BBQ and seating area with four bar stools. The outside dining table can accommodate up to 8-10 people to dine out. An outdoor gas fireplace also can seat up to six people.

There are four impressively large bedrooms and a total of six beds, all have their own private en-suite bath, with hotel amenities such as hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. The master bedroom is furnished with a Four poster California King bed, seating area for two with ottomans, ceiling fan and gas fireplace. There are also french doors leading directly out to the backyard. Two large cedar walk-in closets are also located in the master. The extra large master suite bath features a grand bathtub with dual sinks and walk-in shower with a separate toilet room with a bidet.

The second suite is the exterior casita which has a private entry and is accessible from the courtyard with a beautiful water fountain. This suite features a California King Bed, Queen Sleeper Sofa, chair, HDTV, ceiling fan, closet and mini fridge. There are a set of french doors that lead to a private sitting area outside that seats four. The en-suite bathroom has dual sinks and walk-in shower and a separate toilet room.

Suite three in the main house has a California King Bed, HDTV, closet, and an en-suite bathroom with sink and dual tub/shower.

Suite four has two Queen beds, HDTV, closet, two luggage racks and ceiling fan. The en-suite bathroom has dual sinks, large walk in shower and separate toilet area.

There is also a separate half bath in the hallway.

Pool Heating:

During the winter months the temperatures of pools can range between 50-70 degrees. If you would like the pool to be heated to 83-85 degrees, we can do that for a fee of $99/night. We cann't garantee temperatures and no refunds will be given for pools not reaching maximum temperatures. Please note that pools cann't be cooled to a lower temperature in the summer months.

Occupancy Limits:

Guests who violate the listed occupancy limits are in serious violation and breach of these house rules and we reserve the right to deny access or require all guests to vacate the premises. No refunds will be issued due to violation of occupancy limits.

*Note: Due to COVID, the city of La Quinta Ordinance #9 has strictly enforced city ordinance for vacation rentals. The most important rule to note prior to booking is that there is no outdoor music or amplified sound allowed at any time of the day or night. (including but not limited to cell phones, blue Itooth speakers, or outdoor TV's. If you are playing music inside, the doors must be closed. HOA and city fines begin at $1,000.

This home does have security cameras only on the perimeter of the property, which include the driveway, front courtyard and the backyard pool area for safety reasons.
