CLIMATE CONTROL: Our modern air conditioning unit is set to a comfortable 75°F, with the option to lower it to 72°F. While our unit is serviced annually for optimal performance, Florida's heat may sometimes challenge reaching temperatures lower than 75°F. Rest assured, 75°F is generally considered very comfortable in our area.
