Cherry Blossom Cottage- Country charm with spa

Cherry Blossom Cottage is a self contained short stay holiday cottage on a 1/4 of an acre set in the town of Stanthorpe on the Granite Belt. We are over 1000 metres above sea level which creates four fantastic seasons ! You’ll love Cherry Blossom Cottage for its county feel we offer a comfy bed, modern county kitchen, with traditional high ceilings, polished rustic wooden floors, a fire place and hot tub. We cater for couples/groups up to 8 people. Please read the description on how to book The space We are a self contained cottage for short stay guests for weekends and holidays conveniently located in the Town of Stanthorpe, offering a private and rural feel. We supply high quality linen , comfortable beds and lots of little extras to make your stay memorable. You will be mesmerised by our beautiful fireplace during the autumn , winter and spring as you sip on a lovely glass of local wine. You will feel relaxed once you arrive with our lovely modern country decor as you gently relax onto one of our beautiful chases in the lounge area. We pride ourselves in providing a comfortable and relaxed environment for you to enjoy during your stay. Each of our rooms are decorated differently in a theme and are named. We have the Cedarvale Suite with a queen bed and sitting area - it has its own ensuite. The Teddy Bear room is the next closest room to the main Bathroom- it has a Queen bed and is conveniently located not far from the kitchen for those that like to have an early morning coffee. The Cherry Blossom Room is situated off the front veranda and has lovely rural views. It also has its own sitting area with two beautiful antique chairs and a Queen size bed. The Belmont room contains a king bed and beautiful antique wardrobe- it’s perfect for those that like to sleep in - with block out curtains for the morning sun- it can be found not far from the lounge room. We have installed a voice activated home assist to make your stay unique- you have the option to play relaxing music in each room , set an alarm and have your lights turned off or on with you sitting in bed by asking the home assist. Please note - we now have external security cameras installed for your piece of mind and security. We DO NOT have any internal cameras!!! Please read our description on how to book- as the booking company computer often puts two guests in each room- Our pricing for the rental of the cottage starts with the price for a couple staying in one room( this price changes with the seasons- winter being our busiest). Our price is then per room after that ! For example - if you were traveling with 2 couples - the pricing would read - $185 ( midweek) a night for the first couple and $100 for the second bedroom ( couple ) - this split between two couples would be on par with a motel ! If you were wanting a room on your own it would be the single supplement of $100 for the room! Snowflakes festival/ Apple and Grape festival is min 4 rooms ( please book the whole house ) Long weekends - 3 nights min So when booking - For two people sharing a room book for 2 people If you are booking for 2 couples book the 4 people ( 2 in each room) 6 people or 3 couples - book the 6 person room Or for the whole house/ 4 rooms Book for 8 people or if you are 4 people wanting a single room each - book for the full house / 8 people Please contact me with any questions- Visiting with a dog If you have been approved to bring a dog ( non shedding 10kg or less) a small fee will be charged. We will send you a list of Dog friendly walks,cafes ,restaurants and wineries. your dog must be house trained, fully immunised with flea and tick treatment up to date. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. Droppings must be picked up and disposed of appropriately. your dog must be included in all your travel plans and never left alone or unatended in the cottage or yard. we can send a list of suggested doggy day care if you want to go to the National park or our for dinner at a place that isnt dog friendly. Guest access Yes you get the whole house and the amount of rooms you book for ! ( please see photos for how to book- ) I will always send a message to confirm how many rooms in the cottage you require- so we can have fresh towels and each room prepared for you! Under work place health and safety we need to know how many people/ children are staying in the cottage. In Autumn and winter we stock the fire place for your arrival! Cherry Blossom Cottage stays very warm as it is insulated for our cold winters! We will contact you with an access code to enter the house ! We do have 3 reverse cycle air conditioners Please note - we do like well behaved children coming to stay at Cherry Blossom Cottage but please note: Before booking please consider these factors that could affect-children under 12 - we have a fire place that is unprotected and small breakable objects that could be dangerous to them ! The doors are original to the house and locks and handles if played with can become stuck or lodged. We do have back stairs leading to the back yard - we have a fly screen on the door way but no child guards. We do expect furniture and lodgings to be well respected ! If you rent the cottage and bring children to stay please note - you are fully responsible for their care and well being ! Pets may be considered ( the above rules still apply)- please message owner for confirmation ! We don’t accept pets during our Brass Money season as it is too cold to have them stay - temps get below zero and we don’t allow dogs in bedrooms- on beds or In Carpeted areas, or on any furniture - We don’t like you leaving your dog in the cottage while your not there - so if u go out you must take your dog ( as we have had situations where dogs have been fretting whilst owners were out and the dogs have caused damage to the cottage.) we are really busy during winter time and we must be cautious with our other guests arriving that have allergies. The slower months of Summer we will assess the situation and the kind of dog that you wish to bring. Please don’t feel offended as we must consider all our guests that stay and it is our home. Other things to note Cherry Blossom Cottage has 3 queen size beds and a king size bed ! Please note During Apple and Grape Festival and Snowflakes - a min of 2 nights are required and the whole house must be booked (4 Rooms)! During Easter 3 night min and the whole house must be booked (4 rooms)! Long weekends and school holidays a min of 3 nights are a booking requirement Hose rules must be abided by when you decide to book our cottage- We now include a mini bar for our guests that arrive without drinks - prices for these local products are in the dining area and payment is prior to use.
