Ski-in/Ski-out Chalet with amazing mountain view

Chalet Maria is a traditional Austrian mountain retreat situated close to Maria Alm and right in the middle of the fantastic Hochkoenig skiing and hiking area. It's a perfect place for a winter or summer holiday. The chalet is located at an altitude of 1,000m with breathtaking views of the surrounding Hochkoenig valley. The skiing slopes are only a 50 meter walk from the chalet. Directly from the chalet you can quickly reach several great MTB routes or hiking tours. The space The chalet is divided into two identical halves (chalet 1 & chalet 2) each accommodating up to five people. Both sides can be rented, this listing is for the chalet half on the left (chalet 1). The chalet half has a cozy entrance area, two bedrooms, a kitchen, a large living room with dining area and wood stove, a balcony with a breathtaking view of the Hochkönig and the Steinerne Meer, a toilet and a large bathroom. In addition, there is a beautiful sun terrace for the sole use on the left side of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, pots, pans and dishes. The building has an outdoor water faucet for cleaning bikes and there is a steel cable at the back of the house onto which you can lock the bikes. Guest access There is one parking space at the house for each side of the chalet. Other things to note The area around Maria Alm is a true snow pocket. When a lot of snow falls, the community does not always manage to clear all the routs in time. Since our chalet is up on the mountain, we recommend to bring snow chains in winter.
