Bayport Cottage is furnished in an upscale manner with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, including a king-size master suite on the first floor. Bayport features an open-style living plan with a cathedral ceiling, a beautifully finished lower level, and a large oceanside deck. For a more luxurious experience, we've newly remodeled both bathrooms and the kitchen all featuring granite countertops. We have newly refurnished the main level living and dining rooms. We now have Fiber Optics WiFi—one of the only cottages on Newbury Neck with high-speed internet. We provide all the comforts of home, but with a great view from every room. The Rock: Everyone who stays at Bayport knows about 'The Rock'. So what's the rock, you ask. It's a huge flat rock that appears at low tide. You'll want to carry out a beach chair so you can sit on what seems to be your own private island and bask in the fresh ocean breezes. It’s really that good. Perry's Lobster Shack: Perry Long's Lobster Shack is right on Newbury Neck where you can eat fresh lobster on Perry's pier out over the ocean. The setting is great and the lobsters are even better. Wait for your lobster to cook with a glass of wine while Perry steams 'em up for you. You can take them home or enjoy them right there. It's the best lobster roll we've found. And, believe me, we've tried a lot of them. Best Public Beach: Ssshh! Don't tell anyone, but one of the best local beaches is right here on Newbury Neck, just up the road from the Cottage--a pebble beach with a grand view of the mountains.
