The space This luxury Studio with Loft Standard View Suite accommodates up to six and offers the comforts of home at an affordable price. This suite is perfect for a romantic getaway offering a cozy gas fireplace, or for families needing extra space. Enjoy a King size bed, a Queen sleeper sofa, a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and a DVD player with the convenience of the kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and dinnerware with a dining table on the main level. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo with towels and essential bath amenities provided. In the loft, you will find a Queen bed, sofa, and closet overlooking the main level.  Experience the convenience of the elevator or stairs down to our beautiful lobby areas leading out to the lakefront deck and lawn. This suite is accessible by elevator. Other things to note WHAT'S PROVIDED/WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING: Sheets and Towels are provided for you during your stay. Guests will be charged for missing or damaged linens. Please bring beach towels, all paper products, trash bags, detergents, & soaps. Check-In is at 4:00pm and Check-Out is at 11:00am. CHECK-IN LOCATIONS/TIMES: Suites at Silver Tree is located at 565 Glendale Road, Oakland, MD 21550. Our office is open Sunday through Thursday from 8:00am to 8:00pm, and Fridays & Saturdays from 8:00am to 10:00pm. The contract holder must present photo identification for validation before any keys will be given out. Early check-ins and late check-outs can be added to reservations for an additional fee, dependent on availability. Please call to speak with the front desk about availability and pricing information. IF ARRIVING AFTER OUR OFFICE CLOSES, keys are located in the lock box. Please check in with the office the next morning to confirm that all paperwork is signed and to present your photo I.D. for validation. SMOKING POLICIES: The Suites at Silver Tree is a Non-Smoking Facility. PET POLICIES: To protect our suites, no pets are permitted on the premises. However, because all of our units are individually owned, we cannot guarantee that any accommodations are free of allergens. Local accommodations may be available for boarding your pet, if needed. Please contact the Bed 'N Bark Inn here for availability. PARKING: All Guests have use of the on-site parking at the hotel for standard vehicles only. No boat trailer parking is allowed on premises.
