"La Casa di Eva" is a large, recently renovated apartment located on a side street of the main avenue, in a central but quiet location, convenient for reaching all the services (station, supermarkets, bars...) and all the points of interest in the city on foot. Vittorio Veneto is also located halfway between Cortina and Venice in a privileged position to travel independently or by public transport in the province and the region. The space Large and bright apartment completely renovated, located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a building in the city center. In a new and comfortable environment you will find the entrance, the kitchen equipped with pots, dishes and complete with appliances (oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher), the bright living room with TV, terrace and double sofa bed, a double bedroom with terrace and city view, a bedroom with single or double beds (indicating preference at the time of booking), the bathroom complete with shower, an additional covered terrace with washing machine and a study/storage area. The apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 adults. For larger families, we also provide the possibility of accommodating (upon request, for a fee) an additional 2 adults on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room. For younger children, we provide a high chair, a cot with side rails, and a stroller free of charge, upon request at the time of booking. Other things to note At check-in, I will ask you to provide each guest's valid ID to communicate the data to the competent authorities. The municipality of Vittorio Veneto requires the payment of 1 euro per night to be paid in cash directly on site at the time of check-in.
