~Cottage Walk~

The little 1939 house is only 2 blocks from the busy Round Up grounds, so no need to worry about parking. The cozy ambiance of the house is wonderful and the outdoor garden is a relaxing place for a cup of coffee. Great for bridal parties, business travel and families. On a busy street, but she’s away from the road. I accommodate guests with allergy disabilities. NO pets. Basement is NOT occupied! NO extra guests. The space Living room with big screen tv, minimally furnished, kitchen with vintage silverware and dishes, Nespresso machine for wonderful coffee, Kitchen Aid mixer for cookies. Bedrooms furnished with down bedding and pillows stuffed in Rachel Ashwell duvets and cases. Bathroom has original shower and tub and includes shampoo, conditioner and blowdryer. AC cooling, gas heat furnace. No extra guests! Guest access Street parking in front of the cottage (do not use Promenade parking lot). Other things to note The house is in clean, beautiful, vintage condition with original fixtures and soap dishes. Warm natural gas heat and wonderful AC for summer cooling. I try my best to accommodate guests with allergy disabilities. I keep this house as pet free as I can.
