Comfortable home w/ washer/dryer near SF airport

Nothing fancy but a comfortable and affordable home to stay near San Francisco downtown and airport; cook your simple healthy hot meal and get your laundry done. This guest suite has a separated entrance, 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom. It is close to everything. A 15 min drive to downtown San Francisco and SF airport. A 15 min walk to Westlake shopping center and Bart station to San Francisco. We provide a free parking space on the driveway right in front of the door. The space The beautiful unit has a private entrance, two bedrooms (each bedroom has a queen bed) , a living room (w/ a sofa bed) a private bathroom and your own kitchen. Approx 650 square feet. You can use the washer and dryer also detergents and drying sheets in the laundry room :) We provide Wi-fi, towels, instant coffee, tea, and snack. There are more amenities for you to use: a microwave, a refrigerator, a toaster, a hair dryer, a rice cooker and an electric kettle. Getting around: A uber ride to San Francisco downtown, SF airport and most tourist attractions is around $20. Of note, the central heating system has been shut off and all the air vents were closed for safety after Covid-19 pandemic. Instead, the Dyson hot+cold in each room will keep you warm in cold days and comfortable in hot days. Guest access The backyard and laundry room are shared with the host. Other things to note 1) If you don’t drive or use uber/Lyft, this may not be the best place for you. 2) For 5 guests: the sofa bed will be set up in the living room. For 4 guests or less: we won't set up the sofa bed so you can enjoy the bigger space in the living room. Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you do want us to set up the sofa bed.
