Enjoy the walking trails through nearby Laurel Creek Conservation area. Guest access CHECK IN: 3 - 8 p.m. I will greet you at the house and give you a tour. If I am unable to meet you, I will text you the codes. Please advise host ahead of time of your expected arrival time. Then text host 1/2 hr. prior to arrival, so host can meet you at the house. Other things to note House Rules: Quiet hours: 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Please remove shoes in the house. Please keep food and drink on the main floor. Water is allowed in the room. Only registered guests allowed on the premises. No parties of any kind. No pets. No use of candles Property not suitable for children under 5 years old. No smoking inside or outside on deck, porch or patio. $300.00 penalty charged immediately and reservation terminated with no refund. Guest must have working cell phone. Refundable Security Deposit "HOLD" required of $130.00 Canadian. Security deposit to be processed by host on guest's credit card. Refundable deposit released 2 days after departure. ******************************************************************************** Parking: Option 1: FREE Parking: Please park on the right side of the driveway. Option 2: FREE Street Parking - Overnight street parking registry - Contact: City of Waterloo - (Search for overnight parking). Register your name, license plate number and date of parking (morning between 2:00 am and 6:00 am). One is allowed to park 15 nights on city streets. ******Checkout is 11:00 a.m. ****** Late Checkout Rules: House rules allow us to discuss a late check out, so please use the message box to ask us. You can have a 12:30 p.m. checkout, if we authorize it for $25.00 extra, instead of the regular 11:00 a.m. check out. Please inquire if you would like a late check-out and we'll see if we can work with you on that. Please do so in advance, because it gets more expensive, if you ask for a late check out the same day. Otherwise late checkout after 11:00 am is a full day fee.
