Two bedrooms and bathroom are located upstairs, kitchen and living area are downstairs. Just minutes to Great Valley Corporate Center, PA turnpike entrance, Phoenixville, and amenities. Easy access to King of Prussia, West Chester, Exton, Conshohocken and Greater Philadelphia Expo Center. Travelers who are not satisfied by standard hotel internet speeds can take advantage of our Giga-bit speed internet. A whole house backup generator is installed so there will be no loss of power during any outage. Guest suite is attached to main house but separated by the garage and laundry room. Doors between guest suite and main house will be locked during your stay. Guest access NOTE: WASHING MACHINE AND DRYER ARE IN A SEPARATE PART OF THE HOUSE AND NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE CURRENTLY Other things to note Dogs are permitted for $15 per night.
