Though there are many ways to use each vacation day, you may find it difficult to leave home base with so much fun to be had inside. The main floor of this abode will greet you with open arms the moment you step inside. Take your pick of curbing appetites in the full kitchen, gathering in the living room to reminisce and stream favorite shows, or grab a book and read as snow falls quietly outside. This level also has a laundry room for your convenience. Four mini-split air-conditioning units provide all-season comfort throughout the home. The basement has been converted into a game room, and home gym, covering all the bases for all ages. Plus, you can step out to the patio area and soak in the private hot tub as the sun goes down to slip into relaxation mode. With memories just waiting to be made, what are you waiting for? Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts. The woodstove is not operational. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This unit is Juniper Grove, the main house. The in-law apartment above the garage, Evergreen Terrace is also a rental. Both Juniper Grove and Evergreen Terrace may be rented together as RiverHouse or rented individually. Guest access You'll enter through the keypad on the front door. Enter your access code - a green light will flash when it's accepted. If the light flashes red, the code wasn't entered correctly; wait 5 seconds for the lock to reset and try again. After three incorrect attempts in a row, the lock will pause for 30 seconds before accepting another code. Once the green light flashes, rotate the deadbolt beneath the keypad away from the door frame to unlock it, then open the door using the handle. To lock up when you leave, press the Schlage button on the keypad and rotate the deadbolt toward the door frame to engage it. The door does not lock automatically, so please lock it manually each time you depart. Standard check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am. If an early check-in or late checkout is available, you'll receive an email or text message with the offer. Other things to note The home features a lower-level game room with a large smart TV, pool table, bumper pool table, and basketball hoop. From May through September, you have access to a seasonal gas grill (propane provided) and a fire pit (wood not provided; seasonal availability is weather dependent). Weekly lawn care is provided by a local contractor, though the day of the week varies based on their schedule. Snow plowing of the driveway and path shoveling are handled by a local contractor and will occur within 24 hours of a storm. The home has four TVs: one in the living room, one in the master bedroom, one in the basement, and one in the second-floor second bedroom. Please note: An apartment above the garage is also available as a separate rental and can be booked together with the main house as "RiverHouse" if desired.
