Our 4 bedroom 2 bath cabin is located 1.5 miles west of downtown Grand Lake in a serene area that is perfect for your mountain getaway! Enjoy our spacious acre lot & the convenience of being 3 minutes from downtown Grand Lake & Rocky Mountain Natl Park. The cabin is close to the golf course & hiking/alpine trails. Take in the mountain views & wildlife from our covered front porch or back deck. Family friendly or perfect for a kid-free trip. The tree house is ideal for kids or evening cocktails! The space The open floor plan allows for a comfortable and relaxing space for everyone. The house features a primary bedroom with a King Bed, TWO other guest rooms each with a Queen Bed, and a bunk room with TWO TWIN upper bunks and TWO FULL sized lower bunks (4 bedrooms with a total of 7 beds). Additionally, there is a memory foam QUEEN pull-out sofa in the living room. This space can accommodate no more then 10 adults, but can have a total occupancy of 12 with an adult/child mix. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook or bake. The gas fireplace in the living room is perfect for those chilly afternoons or evenings. An ideal morning can be spent with a warm cup of coffee/tea while watching the sunrise from our rocking chairs on the front porch. This is a quite neighborhood, so if you are looking to host a party or for loud outdoor night activities, this ISN’T the place for you. Wildlife is often spotted on the property, with our neighborhood Moose who occasionally wanders through the back and side yards. There is a fox who lives close by and is often seen at dawn and dusk wondering around. Deer and Elk also frequent the property and enjoy slowly making it through our lot. Our large fire pit out front is perfect for taking in the mountain views and watching the tips of the mountains turn pink with the sunset. Exploring the acre lot is one of our kids' favorite things to do! Creating their own adventures while enjoying the beauty of the outdoors. Meanwhile, we sit on the back porch and enjoy our second (if not third) cup of coffee while watching from a safe distance. The outdoor tree house is a favorite for kids and adults alike! The cabin is located a quick 25min drive from Granby Ranch Ski Resort and a 45min drive from Winter Park Resort. We have a 100 ft driveway, with wide access at the road, making it easy to pull in or back in a trailer holding your summer or winter toys. During the week of 4th of July we require a minimum of a 4 night stay.
