The space The duplex : Located on the 2nd floor without elevator, the accommodation is composed as follows: - A beautiful and bright living room with a large wardrobe, a sitting area with a sofa bed (140*190cm), a TV and a dining area with a dining table for up to 6 guests and access to the balcony. - A fully equipped kitchen renovated in 2022 with refrigerator, connected kitchen robot, induction cooker, oven, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, pancake maker, citrus press, raclette machine, dishwasher... - A bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), a TV and storage space. - A bathroom with a shower, toilet, a washbasin, a clothesline and a hair dryer. In the mezzanine space with TV : - a double bed (140 x 190 cm) with cupboards, basin and mirror. - a sofa bed (140*190cm). Outside : - A double balcony of 10 m² allows sunshine all day with a view of the mountains and the valley. - Ski room, accessible only to residents of the building, private location N10 Guest access Full access to the property and its facilities.
