The space The spacious, quiet apartment 7, about 82 sqm, is located on the second floor of the historic villa and has two balconies. It consists of the following rooms: -  a living room with flat screen TV and sofa bed for one person - a bedroom with two single beds connected side by side by a common headboard (180 x 200 cm) - two further smaller  bedrooms each with a bed (90 x 200 cm).   - A kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove with oven, fridge with three star compartment, toaster and electric kettle On request, a microwave can be provided - a bathroom with shower and a hallway. The carpet of the apartment has been replaced by a designer flooring. A pet is welcome. Special features: Wi-Fi is available free of charge. A crib and highchair can be available for children. There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement, which can also be used free of charge. Outside: The villa is detached and fenced. In the garden there are seats that can be shared. There are two apple trees in the garden in the garden. One of them is an early variety (August apples). Guests of Villa Daheim are welcome to use the organic apples. Parks on the property. Lovingly renovated villa from Gründerzeit in a little busy side street of Kölpinsee. The Baltic Sea beach is about 500mm away. Supermarket, bakery and train station are also about 500 m away. The nearest restaurant is about 300 m. Other restaurants, a bike rental and a fish smokehouse are located near the beach. The villa is now home to seven studios and apartments of different sizes. Kölpinsee is right on the narrow isthmus between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser, making it a perfect starting point for both bathing and nature holidays on the island of Usedom.
