Homey Comfy CondoTel- simple but elegant interior condotel designed for our guests who wishes to make their staycation like home but away from home. A classy-look 1BR is located at the heart of the City of Davao at 24th Avida T2. Our goal is to make sure our guests will enjoy the feeling of "Homey & Comfy" environment. The overlooking Seaview of Samal & Mountain View of Mt. Apo while on the bed squeezing the 300 thread counts of pillow cases, bedsheets & comforter. It’s a MUST-experience :) The space The guests can use the following: 1. Dining Area- plates, mugs, glasses and cutleries and other utensils are available in the kitchen cabinet. 2. Living Area- enjoy the TV entertainment. You can also use the sofa bed for 3rd guest with additional charge Php500 per night per person. 3. Kitchen Area- you can use the refrigerator, microwave and kettle. By the way, Tap water is drinkable. If you feel like cooking, you can use the rice cooker, pan and induction cooker and ensure that range hood is ON to avoid the activation of smoke detector. 4. Bedroom Area- all sheets are white as well as the pillows and pillow cases. Enjoy the comfy feeling & sceneries of sea and mountain to start your day brighter & end your night relaxating. Pullout bed is no longer functional but sofa-bed can be used for our 3rd guest with extra charge of P500/night. 5. Bathroom- you can use the clean white towels. Hand liquid soap, Shampoo & Body wash are FREE. Water Heater is also functional if needed as well as 90% dry washing machine for quick wash. Laundry powder is free as well. Guest access Our guest can enjoy the swimming pool access from 8am - 10pm. Pls note that only guests registered can use the pool (only up to 2persons are free) otherwise additional fees will be collected by the property management directly from you.
