You will have a large and bright living room, a fully equipped modern kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom as well as a vast exterior with a garden directly overlooking the lake and a terrace on stilts with a jacuzzi to relax in front of this magnificent panorama! Facing the Avrière lake, a few minutes from Épinal and close to all amenities, come and stay in this beautiful architect-designed house with all modern comforts. For larger groups, there is the possibility of renting the neighbouring house "Les Bambous", which is similar in every way to this house. Accommodation : The house is presented as follows: Day area: - A beautiful, bright and air-conditioned living room with a sitting area with a sofa and a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a TNT TV as well as a dining area with a dining table for up to 8 guests. - A modern and fully equipped kitchen open to the living room: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine... - A laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing equipment. Night area: - Bedroom 1: Queen-Size bed and storage space. - Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed and storage space. - Bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower, washbasin and hairdryer. - Separate toilet. Outside : - A large 100 m² garden with trees and fenced in, landscaped with 6 sunbeds. - A 30 m² terrace with pergola, south facing, on stilts and fitted with garden furniture, a plancha, and a 6 person jacuzzi (with protection, accessible all year round) to enjoy a meal or a moment of relaxation contemplating the magnificent view over the lake. - A large garage adjoining the house can accommodate up to two vehicles.
