Minnetonka Home - Peaceful with Beautiful Views

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood overlooking a natural wetland with spectacular views. Home is on the edge of Purgatory Park with access to walking and biking trails. Conveniently close to grocery, shopping, and restaurants. The amenities are top notch including gas fireplace, open kitchen, outdoor deck, and screened-in porch. Perfect for a comfortable visit close to the Twin Cities. The house is intended for 3 or fewer guests. All the requirements for self check-in are in place. The space My home is in a tree-lined lot and has hardwood floors throughout, a walk-out deck overlooking a wetland, an attached garage, modern kitchen & appliances, espresso machine, coffee maker, gas fireplace, large screen TV, Wi-Fi access, wireless audio system, outdoor grill, and a front patio. There are some smart features (lights, speakers, door lock) that can be used. The primary bedroom is on the main floor. The secondary bedroom is on the lower floor. A second room on the lower floor is a storage room and is not provided for guest use. No pets allowed. Guest access The master bedroom, bathroom, and closet are all on the main floor with the kitchen, living room, and dining room. The laundry and second bedroom & bathroom are downstairs along with access to the garage. Other things to note The house is approximately 19 miles from downtown Minneapolis but very close to bars, restaurants, shopping, and other attractions. Garage access is provided with a remote for the garage door, if needed. Full disclosure: security system includes Ring doorbell camera and driveway camera. I am not able to accommodate pets. If a guest is bringing a service animal I will ask the following per Title II and III of the ADA: 1. Is the animal required because of a disability? 2. What work or task has the animal been trained to perform? 3. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, or therapy dogs are not service animals per the ADA. 4. Service animal must be within control of the guest at all times. 5. Service Animal must NOT be left unattended at the property without prior approval.
