Built for the Commonweath Games village and transported to our country property, Texada Art Retreat is perfect for a couples romantic getaway. Watch the native bird-life swoop through the trees as you relax in the heated outdoor covered hot tub. Texada Art Retreat is nestled within an orchard of plum trees and during the spring and summer, it is enveloped in foliage providing a perfect private space for romantic getaway. In the winter there are views to the Wombat State Forest. There is large, screened deck area with covered private hot tub with outdoor seating. Texada Art Retreat features a large open planned living area with flat screen TV and DVD, oversized bedroom with king bed including flat screen TV, bathroom with shower only, fabric couch. Galley style kitchenette with fridge, hotplate, microwave, full crockery, glassware, cutlery and cookware. Featuring air conditioning and heating split system Off street parking is available. The accommodation is completely self contained. All facilities are for the sole use of the guests in Texada Complimentary WiFi We are contactable via email and phone at all times Texada is a short 10 minute walk to the shopping, galleries and restaurants on Vincent St, and is also a short walk to the lake precinct; it is nearby the famous Mill Market and is on the trail head of the great dividing trail and the natural delights of the Wombat Forest. There is limited public transport to Daylesford. A private car is essential Please be mindful that it is extremely important to keep the hot tub cover on at all times when not in use. This helps maintain the temperature as it is never turned off so as to enjoy the temperature at an optimum level. We are not pet friendly. The Texada villa is one part of a large property called Sutton Spring. Texada is situated away from 2 other villas. There are no shared spaces or amenities.
